Fingers crossed today is the last of the really-really bad weather for us. It should get above freezing tomorrow and as long as the sun is out, the ice will melt. We will be left with a muddy, mushy mess, but there is always a price for beauty.
My internet wanderings the last few days, have found another photo challenge for me to follow. The theme for this week is structure in nature.
The structure in the snow and ice crystals that formed in a footprint are quite amazing. There is so much to see when you stop and take in the world around you.I love the lines of the lines of the trees both up, out, and toward me in the snow. The structure of the day into the night is an important ritual for us. It is so often overlooked because of its repetitiveness. It is one of my favorite parts of the day.
Love these images. I hope your weather improves. We could use some of your cold and snow here in Utah. 🙂 Thanks for joining the challenge!

If I could box up some of our weather and send it your way, I gladly would. I look forward to following your challenge.
