What was supposed to be a weekend away, was whittled down to a fabulous lunch with a good girlfriend. For my #365project and #photoaday, I took the baby along for the ride. We had an amazing lunch at Smith in Corinth, MS. Chef Russell Smith came out to see who was making all the ruckus, just to find two old ladies hassling one of his servers. Everyone was amazing and the food was incredible. I would never have ordered Captain Crunch french toast, but it was my favorite dish.
