I’m having a hard time finding balance in my life, but I’m taking steps to improve this. While I’ve been living in the suburbs for the last couple of years, I’ve found myself artistically stifled. Looking back at my site, I didn’t realize how long it had been since I’ve posted.

I’m ditching the burbs and moving into the city. As such, I’ve been intentionally doing more in the city and am feeling reinvigorated by its energy. I usually take a photo a day, most of then they are just for me and never get shared. I’ve also been playing with paint and took a workshop on making wire trees.

I’ve had a year of loss and changes. Both Coe and Ginger crossed the rainbow bridge; one expected, one unexpected. I realized I had never been without a pet and the house was just too quiet and lonely. I soon adopted two new young cats Biscuit and Gravy (who doesn’t respond to anything, so I’m giving him a cute name). They are such funny cats and very different. Everyday is something new with them.

Life ebbs and flows and I am trying to flow with it.
